1. Description of the NEXTG Service

NEXTG platform designed to provide a single dashboard for users to access and navigate various publicly available links and services provided by their respective owners under one roof.

2. NEXTG’s Role

NEXTG manages the front-end presentation, copy, and dashboard structure. All services presented within the NEXTG interface are done so for convenience and are subject to these Terms. However, the underlying functionality and control of the Third-Party Services remain with their original owners.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE: Illegal Activity and Prohibited Use

NEXTG is committed to providing a secure and lawful environment. We strictly prohibit the use of our Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to use the Service to display, link to, or engage in any activity that is illegal, including but not to limited to:

Promoting or linking to copyrighted material without authorization.
Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious software.
Engaging in fraud, harassment, defamation, or hate speech.
Promoting or participating in terrorist activity, child exploitation, or any violent or illegal act under applicable law.

5. Legal Action and Termination

If any User attempts to engage in any illegal activity with, under, or inside the Service, we reserve the right to:

Immediately and permanently terminate your access to the Service without notice.
Take legal action against the person or entity involved in the illegal activity.
Cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and comply with court orders requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or location of anyone violating these Terms.

6. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Services

A. Lack of Control

The Service provides links to Third-Party Services which are owned and operated by external entities. NEXTG is not responsible for, and does not control, the content, legality, or security of these external resources.

B. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that your interaction with any Third-Party Service linked from our dashboard is solely at your own risk. NEXTG makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, functionality, or reliability of any external link.

C. No Liability for Damages

NEXTG shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any such Third-Party Services.
